An introductory letter from our new Executive Director.
How amazed I am at God’s astounding wonder and grace in my life. That he would cross my path with Hands of Grace Ministries at exactly HIS appointed time for both my life and HIS ministry for teenage pregnant girls, in need of HIS love, is evidence of HIS sovereignty. I humbly say, that I am so profoundly blessed to have been appointed by God as the Executive Director of this ministry; only by Grace are we Saved and only by Grace do we get the honor of serving the King of Kings.
With all that said, I want to share a bit of my heart for this ministry. I promise that this is only a peek in the door regarding my passion for this ministry. I pray that my passion will be as a little seed of faith that God needs to drive this ministry to HIS potential to help reach the world for HIS glory and purpose.
“They will return from the land of the enemy. So there is hope for your future, declares the Lord. Jeremiah 31:16-17
How many of us, whether we have been a Christian most of our life or otherwise, have ended up in the land of the enemy? We all can find ourselves living according to the world (the land of the enemy), or according to our fleshly desires, and we all know Jesus saves us from the land of the enemy continuously as we seek HIM. In Jeremiah 31, God tells us there is always hope for our future, and not just for Christians but for all that are willing to receive HIS hope.
Hands of Grace Ministries is an instrument that intentionally strives to bring this HOPE to young women who, just like all of us, have found themselves in need of God’s love and hope. I thank God for every opportunity to be an instrument for HIM to save these young ladies from the land of the enemy.
Our main purpose is to be a witness for God’s love to each girl and her baby. We do this by providing the girls with shelter, guidance, and HIS truth. May God always keep us focused on HIS mission to allow HIS love to flow through us to give hope to each girl HE sends us. I thank you, God, for calling me to this ministry.
