Victory House is a transitional living facility which houses young women who have successfully completed Cara's House or a similar program. The program provides for the woman's continuing development and growth in her personal, educational and spiritual life. This extended period of help in a supportive, structured environment can provide an excellent opportunity for a young, new mother to strengthen and stabilize before she steps out on her own.
